  THRIVE! Mentoring and Leadership Development is an initiative of Women's Network created in 2012 to give our members a platform to reach their goals. Our formal mentoring program fosters the professional development of women at every stage of their career, and these relationships will provide a safe environment for women to focus on specific areas of personal and professional growth tailored to their individual needs.

   

  This program seeks to accomplish the following objectives:

  • Develop successful mentoring relationships
  • Foster personal and professional development
  • Assist program participants in gaining access to additional resources and networks to enhance their career
  • Shape future leaders

  Future THRIVE! events will also include leadership workshops and other professional development seminars to provide women with the resources they need to enhance their careers, while receiving support from other Women’s Network members.
