What's your plan for inclusive leadership?

Workplace diversity is understanding, accepting and valuing difference between people, Inclusion is a collaborative,  supportive and respectful environment that increases the participation and contribution of all employees. As an engaging facilitator, Lisa's ability to be transparent with her participants allows them to push through topics that can be of a sensitive nature toward a growth mindset. Her "theory to practice" approach allows participants to leave her sessions with an immediate plan of action.

Cultivating Resiliency: August 9, 2018

Can you bounce back?

Resilience is the ability to recover from or adapt easily to change or difficult situations. How we deal with those difficult situations is directly related to our mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This course will introduce the concept of resiliency and how to cultivate a resilient mindset. Speaker: Dr. Jennifer Savitski
